Terms and Conditions

Article 1 — Purpose
These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between LAARABI Consulting (EURL, SIREN 907 631 212, hereinafter “RivalBrief”) and any professional (hereinafter “the Client”) wishing to access the RivalBrief service via rivalbrief.co.
RivalBrief is a competitive intelligence SaaS service designed for product professionals (CPO, Head of Product, Product Manager). It automatically analyzes customer reviews of the Client’s competitors across major review platforms and generates a weekly strategic brief with actionable roadmap recommendations.
Article 2 — Professional clients only
The RivalBrief service is exclusively intended for professionals acting in the course of their business activity. By accepting these Terms, the Client declares that they are acting as a professional. Consumer withdrawal rights do not apply to B2B contracts.
Article 3 — Pre-order mechanism (Founding Cohort)
3.1 The Client pays 199 USD as a reservation fee to join the Founding Cohort.
3.2 This mechanism is conditional on reaching a minimum threshold of 15 founding members before November 30, 2026 (the “Deadline”).
3.3 If the threshold is reached before the Deadline, RivalBrief commits to delivering the Client’s first brief within 90 days of reaching the threshold. From the delivery of the first brief, the Client will be charged 274 USD per month for 12 consecutive months, then 549 USD per month at the standard rate. The subscription is commitment-free and cancellable at any time.
3.4 If the threshold is not reached before the Deadline, RivalBrief commits to fully refunding the 199 USD within 7 business days following the Deadline, without condition or penalty.
3.5 The 199 USD pre-order fee is non-refundable once the 15-member threshold is reached and the product enters development. It is not deducted from subsequent monthly charges.
Article 4 — Pricing and invoicing
All prices are in USD excluding taxes. Applicable taxes will be automatically collected via Stripe. A PDF invoice will be automatically issued after each payment.
Article 5 — Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe Inc. (https://stripe.com). LAARABI Consulting does not store any banking data.
Article 6 — Service and availability
RivalBrief commits to delivering the weekly brief each week. In the event of technical unavailability exceeding 7 consecutive days, a credit will be issued for the period concerned. RivalBrief reserves the right to modify analysis sources without prior notice, provided brief quality is not affected.
Article 7 — Cancellation
The Client may cancel at any time via contact@rivalbrief.co. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refund is granted for a period already started.
Article 8 — Liability
Briefs are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, or strategic advice. RivalBrief’s liability is limited to amounts paid by the Client over the last 3 months.
Article 9 — Intellectual property
The format, structure, and editorial content of RivalBrief briefs are the property of LAARABI Consulting. The Client may use briefs internally. Any resale or commercial redistribution is prohibited.
Article 10 — Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, France.
